Official fees
Private notary fees are calculated under the official schedule issued by Decision No. 312 of 2025 (Official Gazette 752), effective 2 January 2026, and Cabinet Resolution No. 19 of 2024. The calculator below is indicative; the final amount is confirmed at the counter or in the system before signing.
Official formula
Official fee = (number of parties × AED 100) + (number of signatures × AED 100)
Certified true copy: AED 30 each · Notary relocation outside the office: AED 1,000 per visit

Example
A power of attorney with two parties, two signatures and one certified copy: (2 × 100) + (2 × 100) + 30 = AED 430 official fee.
