Data we collect
When you use the site's forms we collect your name, phone number, email and the text of your message or fee-request details (service, number of parties and signatures). We do not request or store Emirates ID or passport numbers through the website, and we do not receive documents through the website.
How we use it
Form data is emailed to the centre's team solely to answer your enquiry. The website server keeps no copy of messages.
WhatsApp and Google Maps
When you choose to continue on WhatsApp or open the map, you move to a third-party service and its policies apply.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. A temporary technical cookie is used only to protect the forms.
Abuse protection
We keep a short-lived request counter tied to an irreversible hashed value of the internet address, deleted automatically within an hour.
Confidentiality of notarial transactions
Anything relating to your transactions with the notary is governed by the legal duty of confidentiality and Dubai Courts systems, not by this website.

You may ask us to delete your email correspondence by writing to the address above.
