How it works
Two ways to complete your transaction: visit the centre, or notarise remotely through the Dubai Courts system. Either way, attestation is accepted until 23:00.
In person at the centre
- Message us on WhatsApp with the type of transaction and number of parties so we can confirm the documents required.
- Send a draft of the instrument, if you have one, for the notary to review before your visit.
- Come to Al Adheed Al Rashidiya with the original Emirates ID of all parties (reception 08:00 – 19:00).
- The notary verifies identities and capacity and reads the instrument to the parties.
- The parties sign before the notary and the official fees are paid through the system.
- You receive the notarised instrument and an electronic copy through the Dubai Courts system, plus certified copies on request.
Remote — e-notary
- Message us on WhatsApp and send the instrument as a PDF.
- We confirm the instrument can be notarised remotely and schedule the session.
- Each party provides a valid Emirates ID and the phone number registered to it.
- A video session through the Dubai Courts system verifies identity and the instrument is read.
- Electronic signature and electronic payment of the official fees.
- You receive the notarised instrument electronically, with the same legal force as in-person notarisation.
The notary may require personal attendance for certain instruments, depending on their nature.
