A corporate lawyer and legal consultant with hands-on experience in the UAE since 2012, combining litigation before Dubai Courts and the DIFC Courts and arbitration before the Dubai International Arbitration Centre with in-house advisory roles at leading real-estate and banking institutions. She completed the Dubai Courts accredited Private Notary Public qualification programme in 2025 and served as Executive Director of Al Adheed Centre from September 2022 to 2025, leading the team to Dubai Courts' recognition for excellence in estates and minors' funds services for 2024.

   Notarising contracts, powers of attorney, declarations and signature attestations for the centre's clients.

2. 2022 – 2025

   Executive Director — Al Adheed Al Rashidiya Service Centre

   Full oversight of the centre's operations, teams and the quality of service delivered to clients.

3. Corporate Head — law firm and legal consultancy, Dubai

   Managed the complete corporate legal cycle: incorporation, bylaws and all client and employee contracts, through crisis management and negotiations with creditors and debtors, to drafting settlement and conciliation agreements.

4. Legal Consultant — DAMAC Holding

   Managed cases and pleadings, led settlement negotiations, resolved mortgage disputes, liaised with government departments and external counsel, and kept senior management abreast of new legislation.

5. Legal Consultant — customs consultancy

   Advised international companies on customs matters, prepared legal memoranda and technical reports submitted to Dubai Courts, and handled employment and civil cases and debt-collection files.

6. Cooperation with Dubai Islamic Bank

   Worked with the bank's litigation department on precautionary attachments, sale of mortgaged assets, bounced cheques and repossession.

7. Legal advisory to major corporations

   Advice, contract drafting and negotiations for companies including Hilti, G4S, China Railway and several large Chinese companies operating in the UAE.
