Legal warnings (notarial notices)
Serving a formal notice through the notary that proves notification and forms the basis for subsequent legal action.

Documents required
In all cases
- Original Emirates ID of all parties (original passport for non-residents)
- Personal attendance, or video identity verification for remote notarisation
- Phone number and email for each party
- Draft of the instrument, if available
In addition
- Text of the notice, and the recipient's details and address
- Tenancy: lease, Ejari certificate and statement of arrears
- Labour: employment contract
- Commercial: the contract or invoices in dispute
- POA cancellation: copy of the POA
Official fee
Official fee = (number of parties × AED 100) + (number of signatures × AED 100). Add AED 30 for each certified copy required. A separate service fee may apply at the serving authority.

Optional professional fee A professional fee of up to 30% of the official fee may apply under Cabinet Resolution No. 19 of 2024, except for the items specified in the Resolution. The final amount is confirmed before signing.
